SHIPPING
Currently, the time I need to make orders is 3-4 business days (this doesn't include weekends or Stat. holidays). If I am able to get your order out sooner I will!
WILL MY ORDER HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
-USA orders will have a tracking number.
-Overseas orders will all have tracking.
-Canadian orders will only have tracking if you select upgraded shipping to "tracking" at check-out or contact me to upgrade shipping.
IMPORTANT - I am unable to refund any lost orders that do not have tracking. If you are in the US, select the shipping upgrade at check-out. For Canadians please select the shipping upgrade at checkout.
WHAT CARRIER DO YOU USE?
-USPS to the USA and International Destinations.
-CANADA POST for Domestic Canadian Orders.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
We will make/ship your 2-4 days after payment. (Please note the average transit times below do not include this time needed to make your order.)
AVERAGE SHIPPING TRANSIT TIME:
--USA --- 4 to 7 days (with tracking)
--Canada --- 4 to 14 days
--International---2 to 4 weeks

PRINTED RECEIPT NOT INCLUDED
In an effort to cut down on paper waste, I do not include a receipt in my orders unless it is a gift. If it is a gift I print out your personalized gift message and include it with the order.
CHILD SAFETY
Jewelry can present a choking hazard to children. Never leave a child unattended with jewelry on. Beads, chains, cords, clasps etc. are not intended to be chewed on and present a choking hazard. Necklaces and bracelets are choking hazards. Young children wearing them should never be left unattended.
No Refunds for Lost Orders without Tracking
I am unable to refund any lost orders that do not have tracking. If you are in the US, select the shipping upgrade at check-out. For Canadians please select the shipping upgrade at checkout.
